Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in The rock group The Pretty Reckless. Songs by Momsen have appeared in a variety of shows and films, including How to Be Solo Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. The younger sister of Taylor Momsen Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. She studied dancing in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. The actress began her professional acting career when she was three for a commercial that was aired in 1997 for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen's acting career was put on hold for three years before she was cast in the lead role in Misconceptions. Momsen starred also in Saving Shiloh 2006. During this time. Additionally, she auditioned to play the lead role for Hannah Montana. She was in the top 3 but Miley was given the part.
