Sharni Vison, an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on July 22, 1983 in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson made her debut as an actress in 2001 as she appeared in the role of a woman on Home and Away, a soap-opera in Australia. In that small role, her acting was such that the casting director wanted to cast her in each of the roles. But, she was able to audition for the part but wasn't chosen. In the show, she portrayed the character Cassie Turner who was the teen with a history of trouble with a foster family. Her role was so much appreciated by the fans and critics of the show. In 2016, she reprised her role in the film as Donna Martin in Beverly Hills 90210's spin-off film, Beverly Hills 90210: The spinoff.
